GARBAGE COMPACTOR

MINI TIPPER

Mini dumper often called mini tipper is a hydraulic structure Double Jack used for tipping/dumping whereas the superstructure is stabilized by highly efficient Two Outriggers at rear side. The Tipping angle is ideal that ensure easy unload wastage at dumping side. All the movements are managed by Push Buttons that made the operator easy to understand the functionality of the Mini Dumper.

SEWER JETTING MACHINE

Sewer jetting machine is high pressure water jetting machine for removal of stones, sludge, bottles and municipal waste from drainage and sewer lines.

SEWER SUCTION MACHINE

Sewer suction machine is highly efficient machine to clean the sludge, viscous & semi viscous material from the drainage and thus removal of blockage of drain and safe transport to the dumping site.

COMBINE SEWER JETTING/SUCTION MACHINE

ESAC Combine Suction & Jetting machine is a resourceful piece of engineering that combines the functionality of a Sewer Suction Machine and a Sewer Jetting Machine on a single truck chassis. Combine Suction & Jetting vehicle is designed to clean and clear sewerage lines by means of a power full vacuum suction & high-pressure water jet. The system is designed to suck all water plus mud from sewer main hole and jetting nozzle is designed to move in sewerage pipe to clean it and clear any blockage.

MECHANICAL ROAD SWEEPER

Mechanical road sweeper is an economical and highly efficient road cleaning machine. Towed with tractor, taking power from tractor P.T.O Shaft. Its efficient brushes are capable of cleaning roads dust and sprinkling water at same time to avoid dust spreading. ARM ROLL TRUCK

Arm roll truck is an easy and effective machine used to load and unload the waste container. Since the arm directly hold the container, Arm roll assures outstanding stability in loading and unloading operations of garbage waste and other heavy material.

DUMPER TRUCK

Dumper truck as name indicates is used for carriage of municipal waste and heavy load. It is an easy transport vehicle and can be quickly unloaded. It is cost effective solution for heavy load carriage with easy operational features.

ROAD WASHER

Road washer is stainless steel water tank capable of containing 2000-15000 liter of water made with compact dimensions and highly maneuverability makes the road washer a unique machine in its category, both in working autonomy and versatility. It is an ideal machine to clean large and small roads. The jetting nozzles is of high pressure and able to clean every kind of dust/waste from the roads. It is also equipped with spray gun for cleaning of walls and sprinkling water in parks.

VACUUM SWEEPER

Truck mounted vacuum cleaners, also known as vacuum trucks, are industrial vacuum cleaners used in outdoor or hard to reach locations. They are mounted on the back of trucks. Truck mounted vacuum cleaners are important to applications in industries such as: cleaning of roads having petroleum and oil, sanitation, public health, commercial aviation, agriculture and disaster relief. They clean up materials such as: industrial waste, industrial liquids (petroleum, drilling mud, cement, brine water, etc.), sludge, slurry, fecal sludge, animal sludge, sewage, contaminated soil. This vehicle is a new generation road sweeper combining sweeping and suction developed by ESAC. It is mainly suitable for mechanized cleaning and sweeping operations in city streets, municipal squares, and large factories and mines. The truck has high operating efficiency, advanced and reliable technical performance, beautiful appearance, and has distinctive characteristics.

HYDRAULIC TIPPING TROLLEY

A multipurpose rugged and powerful trolley which can be quickly attached/detached at rear end of tractor used for transportation of municipal waste and construction materials.

WATER BOWSER

The tractor towable water bowser is perfect solution for transportation of water. It is equipped with water sprinkler to spray water on roads for dust. It has a spray gun which throws water to far area and can be used to water the parks/garden. Its enormous features with cost effectiveness makes it a top product for water carriage. With its high centrifugal pump pressure which is operated through tractor P.T.O enables it to fill water tanks of residential and commercial buildings.

HAND CARTS

Hand carts are the basic tool for collection of garbage from the streets where garbage vehicle is not capable of going. ESAC Manufacturers handcarts made of fiber glass and MS sheets.

AERIAL PLATFORM

When working at heights, it is important that you can do this safely and in comfort. You know you are in safe hands with an aerial work platform from ESAC. As a manufacturer, we design aerial lifts mounted on vehicles like vans, chassis trucks, heavy trucks, which offer a solution to many applications like telecommunication networks maintenance and repair, safety inspections, window washing, tree care work. These vehicles provide mobility, and may also help stabilize the unit – through outrigger stabilizers are still typical, especially as vehicle mounted boom lifts are amongst the largest of their kind.

MULTI-LOADER TRUCK

Multi-Loader has two steel arms which rotate to load and unload a container. Since the container is loaded and unloaded in a level position, there is practically no possibility of the cargo capsizing during loading. It is most suitable for loading and unloading small to large sized containers. It can be used to transport municipal waste and other material. Material inside the container can be discharged to the rear by tilting the container using rear dumper hook.
